As a somatic sex coach, I support couples in finding embodied joy in their sexual and emotional connection. If you’ve been frustrated by the limitations of talk therapy and are looking for sessions that will help you learn embodied, hands on skills with your partner, somatic sex coaching may be the right fit.

Somatic sex coaching provides a safe, guided container to find a way forward together, whether a couple’s goals are aligned or conflicted, sexual or relational, focused on repairing past harm or expanding in new directions.

I work with couples in monogamous, polyamorous, nonmonogamous, and open relationships. I welcome clients of all sexualities: queer, gay, lesbian, bisexual, asexual, and straight. As a solopoly queer person myself, working with LGBTQIA+ and nontraditional relationships is my passion, but my experience as a somatic sex educator and surrogate partner have equipped me with skills to support couples across relationship style, orientation, age, and demographics. 

Our sessions will include coaching, touch practice, communication exercises, movement games, and nervous system education. Many couples choose to engage in home practice to continue skill-building in between sessions; I create custom exercises for you to try out together at home when I’m not in the room. We can work together for as short as a single session or on a regular basis for as long as couples need to meet their goals.

I love supporting my clients in relationships with goals such as:

  • enjoying more present, embodied sex together
  • awakening sexual desire, and aligning mismatched desire
  • addressing physical challenges like pain during sex, vaginismus, erectile dysfunction, and premature ejaculation
  • repairing sexual or emotional conflict
  • exploring non-monogamy, polyamory, or opening a relationship
  • closing a formerly non-monogamous, poly, or open relationship
  • exploring one’s queer, bi, or pan sexuality while partnered
  • discovering each other’s turn-ons
  • healing sexual hurt or trauma from the past
  • achieving orgasm together

My rate for relationship coaching is $225/hour. I offer sliding scale rates for clients who are queer, trans/nonbinary, people of color, and/or have a disability. Please contact me if you would like to talk about sliding scale pricing.
